Climate Resilience and Environmental Sustainability
About the Program
Climate change is increasingly affecting pastoralist communities through prolonged drought, unpredictable rainfall, and declining natural resources. These changes threaten livelihoods, food security, and access to water.
DCO works with communities to strengthen climate resilience through environmental conservation initiatives, community awareness programs, and youth engagement in climate action. Our programs promote sustainable land management, water conservation, and tree planting while supporting locally driven adaptation strategies.
By empowering communities to respond to climate challenges, DCO contributes to long-term environmental sustainability and the protection of livelihoods.
How You Can Help
Your support can change a child's future. A donation of $50 provides school supplies for one child for an entire year. $200 covers tuition and materials for a term. Join us in building brighter futures through education.
